Nestled in the scenic Valley of 1000 Hills, the 1000 Hills Brewing Company forms part of the acclaimed 1000 Hills Chef School, where Advanced Students learn the art of craft beer brewing. The Brewery creatively crafts its brews with food and flavour in mind, experimenting with different styles and flavour combinations. But that’s not all – we’re proud to host not one, not two, but three breweries on site! Join us for a unique experience featuring Clockwork Brewhouse, Doctrine Brewing, and 1000 Hills Brewing Company.
Our beers on tap change every weekend, so be sure to check in regularly to try new flavours! If your favourite brew isn’t on tap, don’t worry – bottles are available. And if you’re feeling indecisive, why not try our tasting tray? It’s the perfect way to sample all the beers on tap.
The Classroom Café, our student-run restaurant, is open to the public on weekends, offering a unique blend of delicious food and craft beer. With the 1000 Hills Brewery housed within the restaurant, you can enjoy our latest brews in a vibrant and relaxed atmosphere
The restaurant offers an incredible dining experience, with a wide variety of amazing selections to tantalise your taste buds. From artisanal delights to gourmet treats, our menu is designed to impress.
